All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final. Because The Armoured Artist is a tiny solo-run business, I do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for any products or services once the transaction is complete. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase!
Exceptions
While all sales are final, I stand behind the quality of my work. So if you receive your order and any of the following apply, please contact me at teigan.tulsie@gmail.com
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is physically damaged or defective, please contact us within a week of delivery with photographic proof. The problem will be evaluated, and at my discretion, you may receive a new item or your money back.
Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify me within a week with photographic proof, and I will ship the correct order!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
